There are several underground locations in Juice Galaxy, and they tend to be more dangerous than the regions above-ground where one can access them. They act as "dungeons," containing powerful foes and bosses, and often lead to moments of story progression. As of 0.1.9, there are 3 dungeons: Heck/Creator's Plane, the Toilet Realm and the Wawsp Nest.

Heck (a.k.a. "the evil cave"): Accessed via a trapdoor found in the foyer of the Evil Cabin, Heck was the first underground location to be implemented into the game. It contains many high-level monsters and access to the Creator's Plane.
The Creator's Plane: An infinite expanse of land where one fights the Creator boss, who is important to defeat for story-progression purposes. It is otherwise relatively unremarkable.
The Toilet Realm: Accessed through interacting with the Toilet in the bathroom of the Evil Cabin, this location is unique in that it is randomly generated and contains water that the player must traverse through. It contains 2 bosses, and defeating both leads to the release of Swirly D, who is presumed to have an important role in the future versions of the game.
Wawsp Nest: Accessed by entering the big hole in the ground, the compass will lead you there after beating the Unreasonable Clog.
