The Graveyard acts as Juice Galaxy’s main hub area, and where the Player lands after escaping from the Juice School.

Description[]

The Graveyard is a patch of flat land encircled by tall stone walls and even taller pillars, with one large entryway through which the player can walk out of (and enemies can walk in through). In the middle of the Graveyard there is a Juice Fountain which serves as the player's initial respawn point, and the first place where one's abilities can be upgraded using Juice. Due to there not being any other Juice Fountains in the immediate vicinity and being far from danger, new players will often find themselves coming back to this location.

There are several NPC's that can appear in the Graveyard at various points in the game's progression. Signy appears near the back wall, Mr. Fox is tucked away in one of the corners, and Ingot will appear following the defeat of the Creator.

To the left there are several gray gravestones, a Tree, a Shovel, and Mr. Fox. To the right there is a a Rune Longsword and a Holy Hammer disguised as a tombstone, along with a normal cross gravemarker. A bottle of Good Juice is on a pedestal in the corner opposite the patch of gravestones. The player can also find a Baseball Bat and a Morningstar on the walls of the graveyard.

To the south of the graveyard is the Super Ripped Fog Giant and a Saloon that contains the Old Man. To the north, the Slain Fog Giant can be found. To the west lies the Polywog Fog Giant, and to the east lies the Eastern Fog Giant and The Evil Cabin.

Trivia[]

  • Knocking the gray tombstones will result in 1-2 Skellytons rising from their graves. Destroying all of the tombstones will get you the Skull Cap when in any Version from 0.0.4 to 0.1.5. In the most recent updates, enemies will randomly have the chance of dropping the item instead.
  • Upon drinking the bottle of Good Juice at some location on the surface, Batty will spawn. It is advised to do this after the player has spent most of their Juice on upgrades, and only if they don't intend to fight using the Holy Hammer.
  • The grave crosses on the right of the graveyard did not always have collision detection, allowing players (and enemies) to clip into them.
  • The Graveyard is not safe due to the packs of Pollywogs that will eventually enter the Graveyard to kill the player. However, using Flight to get onto the top of the Juice Fountain or onto one of the Graveyard's pillars will be enough to avoid being dogpiled by them.
