The Morningstar is a melee weapon in Juice Galaxy.
Appearance[]
The Morning Star is a black mace with a red grip and red triangular spikes. It is referred to as a "toy" by Ingot.
Location[]
The Morning Star is first found on top of the Juice School as part of the tutorial. It can also be found in The Graveyard on top of a wall.
Usage[]
It has a short reach and average damage. When an enemy is hit, however, the spikes will rapidly grow and then shrink, extending to twice the length of the weapon and adding extra damage and knockback. With a large enough scale, this can hit many enemies.
Trivia[]
- A morning star is a medieval club weapon consisting of a pole with a spiked ball on top.
- A Morningstar was meant to be used for the Schwing prototype game but replaced by the Baseball Bat.
- The Morningstar is (as of time) the only weapon that has a hit animation, where the spikes will grow and then quickly shrink.
- It will spin in place when it is stationary, indicating in the tutorial that it is able to be picked up.
